Poster session will be held permanently during the entire seminar within conference center. Panels (size 1.0m x 1.5m) will be provided by organization.

Companies can participate as exhibitors for 2500 euros (tax excluded)including 2 visitors passes.

Booths of 9 sqm are provided with:

- Light colored wooden style covered walls
- Façade band
- Flag sign with the exhibitors name
- 1 three spotlight rail
- 1 kilowatt of power supply
- carpet
- 1 table 0.70 m x 1.40 plus 2 chairs
- 1 one square meter storeroom fitted with one lockable door
- items exposed must be totally inert or non-relevant of any harmfull effect
